This site is published by Yurei sushi. The legal company name, registration number and registered address are not published here yet. They will be added as soon as they are confirmed, rather than invented to fill the space. Until then, the contact form is the way to reach whoever is responsible for this site.

What the content commits us to

The menu pages describe the shape of what we serve, not a binding list. What is available changes with the day. Nothing on this site is an offer of a fixed price, since no prices are published here.

The guides describe Japanese food in general. They are written to be useful and honest, and they are not medical advice. Questions about pregnancy, allergies or feeding young children belong with a doctor.

Content and images

The text on this site was written for it. The photographs are generated illustrations of dishes, used to show a type of food rather than a specific plate we served on a specific day.
